I had 47 grams of fat, too, but 27 of that was for olive oil that my bread was dipped in at Johnny Carino's at the creative writing lunch today, so I don't feel bad about that. Olive oil is good fat, right?

Fitday.com says I've had 1099 calories today, which I don't think is all that bad. I also started on green tea extract and Metabolife chews to stop appetite. Unfortunately, I locked the chews in the light booth tonite and so I can't get back at them til tommorrow night. Boohoo. lol

Day Zero-- Tommorrow, I start for real

Today's food:
- 2 apples (1 breakfast, 1 snack)
- 3 cups of black coffee
- 1/2 bowl of healthy request veggie soup (dinner)
- chef salad sans cheese/dressing/meat (lunch)

Not that great, but tommorrow is starting the real time, so I'm not going to worry about it. Stressing out will just make me retain weight more than I already do... damned metabolism! Thank goodness for bottled water... I crave food SO danged much... without bottled water, I think I'd give in and go back to being a size 28 again. I say a big FAT no to that-- 16 is bad enough. I just want to be a ten again... that felt GOOD. I can do it, though. I can do it before my boyfriend gets here for Valentine's. It sucks that holidays are between now and then, because A) Family will be watching, and B) I love the taste of food too damned much. I hate what it does to me more, though! I will beat it!

To loose: 55lbs

Measurements (not sucking in or whatever): 43-38-44

Tommorrow's Goals:
- Start liquid fast (tomato juice, water, MAYBE boullion if my hypoglycemia starts acting up)
- exercise 45 minutes after getting home.
